Here is a subtle texture/background for free download. This was created using 4 photos and manipulated using Photoshop tools, filters and blending options. The image is in .png format so there is no need for deleting/erasing a white background. The full size is 1280 x 1024px - I hope you like it and enjoy using it!

Here is a set of high resolution halftone textures made with Photoshop. There were two gradient overlays applied to each image, lots of use of the Eraser tool, then Motion Blur was applied. Finally, in the Filter Gallery, the Halftone dots were added. I hope you like the results!
