In Focus #13 – Showcase of a Digital Artist
This week we are featuring the outstanding talent of BossLogic, aka Kode Abdo.
Kode Abdo is a designer from Melbourne, Australia. He has been designing for 6 years, and his love of art and drawing caused him to fail at other things in school, but led to his current career in art.
He currently likes to mix art with writing, or to create art that tells its own story.
Kode has been and still is heavily influenced by his father who is a traditional artist… he feels he is still aspiring to match his father’s skills.
His other influence is Mike Orduña, aka Fatoe. He says: “I have always respected him: his work, his way of work, his lifestyle and his dedication to his style. Even if he stays forever the same I will always find him to be the best artist in my generation.”
Links to where you can see more work by BossLogic are listed after the showcase.
We begin this showcase with the recently revamped BossLogic logo. The theory behind the name ‘BossLogic’ is: you are the boss of your life: you run it, and by thinking logically you can’t think wrongly, so BossLogic ultimately means you run your life the right way.
