In Focus #11 – Showcase of a Digital Artist

This week In Focus is featuring the stunning art of BrokenData on deviantART, aka Jai McFerran.

In Focus #11 - BrokenData

Jai is a 21-year-old freelance photographer/graphic designer. He works from his own studios in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has achieved an HND in Graphic Design and an ND in Media.

Jai’s favourite genre for photo manipulations is sci-fi/fantasy. He is influenced by music, films and the world that surrounds him day to day. He creates his art using Photoshop CS5.

Jai says: “I love creating weird and wonderful worlds and scenarios.  I like people to look at my art and be able to form a story in their minds about what’s going on, what brought them to this scene, what’s just around the corner”

Now sit back and enjoy the outstanding, inspirational work of BrokenData

I love using and learning Photoshop, and I also enjoy creating resources to share with the world. I am at my happiest when I have free time to further explore all that Photoshop has to offer and learn more about its powerful built-in tools. I hope people enjoy either using or learning from my free resources, and welcome any hints and tips - and of course, if you would like to offer a free resource on this site, please don't hesitate to contact me (top right of the page).
